When you visit this website, your browser automatically transmits technical data to the web server. This includes your IP address, date and time of the request, the URL accessed, the referring URL (if applicable), HTTP status code, and information about your browser and operating system. This data is stored in server log files solely to ensure the security and stable operation of the website and is deleted after 7 days.

E-mails sent via the contact and download forms are transmitted through WebGo's mail server infrastructure (goserver.host).

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure and reliable operation of the website and communication infrastructure).

A data processing agreement (Auftragsverarbeitungsvertrag, AVV) pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR has been concluded with WebGo GmbH.

3. Scope

This policy explains how advades GmbH ("we", "us") processes personal data collected through this website (morethancleancore.com) in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

4. Data We Collect and Why

a) Contact form
Data: name, e-mail address, message text, checkbox consent.
Purpose: to respond to your enquiry.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering enquiries).
Retention: deleted within 6 months once the matter is resolved.

b) Resource download requests (Whitepaper / Checklist)
Data: full name, business e-mail address.
Purpose: to generate a personal, time-limited download link and deliver it by e-mail.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (fulfilment of your download request) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in following up on expressed product interest).
Retention: the download token is stored on our server for 48 hours and deleted automatically thereafter.

c) Internal notification
When you submit a resource download request, a copy of the confirmation e-mail (including your name and e-mail address) is forwarded to an internal advades team member for business-development purposes.

d) Appointment scheduling
When you click "Schedule a meeting" on this website, you are redirected to Microsoft Bookings, a service operated by Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited, One Microsoft Place, South County Business Park, Leopardstown, Dublin 18, D18 P521, Ireland. Any personal data you enter there (name, e-mail address, preferred appointment time) is processed by Microsoft in accordance with their own Privacy Statement. advades GmbH receives and stores the appointment details submitted.
Purpose: to arrange consultation appointments.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures).

5. Follow-up Contact

By requesting a download of our whitepaper or checklist, you acknowledge that advades GmbH may contact you once by e-mail to follow up on your interest. This constitutes a legitimate interest under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

You may object to such contact at any time by writing to contact@morethancleancore.com. Your objection will be honoured immediately and your data will be deleted.

6. Data Processors and Third-Party Services

The following service providers process personal data in connection with the operation of this website:

  • WebGo GmbH, Wendenstraße 8–12, 20097 Hamburg: website hosting and e-mail delivery (server domain: goserver.host). A data processing agreement (AVV) pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR has been concluded.
  • Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited, One Microsoft Place, South County Business Park, Leopardstown, Dublin 18, D18 P521, Ireland: appointment scheduling via Microsoft Bookings. Microsoft acts as an independent data controller for this service and processes data under their own Privacy Statement.

No personal data is transferred to third parties outside the European Economic Area or to advertising networks.

7. Analytics & Web Fonts

This website uses Plausible Analytics, a privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics tool self-hosted on our own infrastructure. Plausible does not track individual users, does not set cookies, and does not collect personal data. No consent is required.

All web fonts used on this website are self-hosted and served from our own server. No connection to Google Fonts or any other external font service is established when you visit this site.
